Yes. When DKI Regina is authorized as the preferred vendor by your insurance company, the repairs become covered under that insurer’s warranty terms. Many insurers offer guarantees for as long as you own the property — contact your adjuster to confirm your coverage. DKI Regina also stands behind its workmanship with a service warranty on completed repairs.

After DKI Regina receives your claim details, we’ll contact you promptly to schedule an inspection to determine the damage extent. Most claims have two phases:

Emergency Services: Immediate mitigation to prevent further damage (may take up to several days depending on severity).
Restoration Services: Repairing and restoring your property to its pre-loss condition once mitigation is complete.
